A bakery in Chaozhou, Pingtung, underwent a stunning transformation of its exterior walls, thanks to a renovation project by the professional Hua Tsai team. This project utilized imitation stone paint, which not only successfully concealed traces of age but also gave the building a warm and elegant stone texture. This is a perfect case study of combining old house renovation with commercial space design. We used durable, waterproof, and eco-friendly coatings to both enhance the building's aesthetic appeal and extend its lifespan. This project proves that even old buildings can be transformed into striking modern landmarks through professional facade renovation techniques, bringing a fresh new look and commercial value to the business.
